K3 & Microsoft Event Creates a Buzz

K3 were delighted with the amazing turnout for their ‘Bringing Customers Closer’ event hosted by their partner Microsoft at Thames Valley Park on 9th July 2015.

With over 50 people in attendance the conversation centred around the latest functionality in Dynamics CRM 2015, CRM Online and the launch of K3’s new Service Management Solution . 

Bruce Nicholson, Partner Technology Strategist at Microsoft presented an informative and exciting tour of the power and capability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and the possibilities for organisations when integrated with the full range of Microsoft products.



Over 94% of attendees said the day either completely met or exceeded their expectations. A highlight of the day was the customer panel which included Neal Carter from BM Polyco, Tim Loynes from Judge Business School and Graham Roddan from Effective Energy Solutions.  The panel shared their CRM experiences as well as answering questions from those starting out on their CRM journey.  They were later joined by representatives from K3 and Microsoft to discuss the customer challenges and opportunities faced by modern organisations, particularly with regard to the rise of social media.
